Gameplay for Angry Birds Rio begun from the scene Angry Birds are kidnapped and brought to Rio. As same as original Angry Birds, players must launch birds using slingshot and target on the nearby structures. In Angry Birds Rio, the mission not just to destroy pigs, but players must rescue exotic birds that been caged or depending on the level, you must eliminate evil marmosets. At specific level, players allowed to use two leaders from Rio, Jewel and Blu. In this game, at the first time boss fight appear. First boss is Nigel and second boss is Mauro. Players must defeat boss levels to complete each level.
